Our highly experienced, cross-trained technicians are never satisfied with less than perfection. Our unique team has a wide spectrum of qualifications. Several are graduates of the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD), which is one of the best art schools in the country. Their perspective brings an innovative touch to this unique field of dentistry. The rest of the team has a combined 72 years of experience.
Our philosophy is to intimately know all the different stages of labor in making dental prosthesis. You have to know the next person's part of the puzzle to make sure you are doing your part right. This field is very labor intensive, but working as a team makes all the steps flow together seamlessly.
Technology is constantly changing and keeping up with all the changes is extremely important. Our staff stays current in the latest developments through continuing coursework and independent study. Now that CAD/CAM (computer assisted design) is part of our repertoire, our staff melds their artistic skills with their computer expertise.
Using only high quality products is also our key to success. We have always used the best and will continue to use only the best. We are now an authorized 3M Lava™ Design Center which is the most advanced dental restoration system available.

She has held each office (president, vice president, treasurer and trustee), and she served as the Ohio delegate to the national association for six years. She was also chairperson of the membership committee of the National Association of Dental Laboratories for six years. In 1988 she began a National Image Awareness campaign. Lonni is frequently asked to make presentations and to lecture about her profession.

Tim has been doing precision dental restoration work for almost 30 years. Quality is so important to him that when his employer of 27 years was purchased by another business with different expectations, he looked for a new lab that shared his passion. We are fortunate to have him on our team. Tim is qualified in all phases of lab work and refuses to produce anything less than ideal. Those qualities help us stay at the top of our profession. When away from the lab, Tim loves to ride bicycles as well as motorcycles.
A talented artist, Chris started his training at the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD), and holds a degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from Columbus State Community College. Chris has overseen the Model Department since 2001 and is our main coping and metal bridge expert. Recently he has added designing zirconia copings to his list of expertise. Chris also makes sure implants are designed properly to ensure the best result in porcelain. When he's not custom designing dental restorations, Chris unwinds on his Honda VTX or SV1000 Suzuki motorcycles.
Justin came to Image Gallery from the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD), where he studied ceramics and sculpture. He has put his critical eye and creative touch to good use in model work, waxing, metal finishing and, most recently, porcelain crowns. When he's not at the bench he loves to spend time outdoors with his two Huskies, Ringo and Aya.
Stephanie is a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD). With her knowledge of mold making and casting, Stephanie is able to apply her skills in ceramics and sculpture to create handmade models and copings. As an artist, Stephanie is able to see and appreciate the beauty in each tooth. When away from the lab, Stephanie teaches a ceramics class and makes new artworks for her up-and-coming shows.
Melinda brings over 20 years of office management experience to Image Gallery. She will be the first voice you hear when you call and her upbeat professionalism will make you glad you chose us. As a previous small business owner, her attention to detail and organizational skills help to keep the lab running smoothly. In her spare time she volunteers for Hair Theater, a group that raises money for women who can't afford wigs after chemotherapy, supports Ohio Basset Rescue Group and spends time with her two teenage children and two bassets.
